Our artisans started by selecting the perfect shade of pewter—a hue that evokes quiet confidence and understated luxury. The leatherette exterior had to be not just beautiful, but durable—resilient enough to withstand travel, yet soft to the touch. Sourcing the exact shade took weeks, with color swatches tested against natural and artificial light until the ideal tone was found.
Next came the interior: a plush, velvet-lined pewter fabric, chosen after testing more than a dozen textiles for softness and non-abrasiveness. Jewelry is personal, and we knew it had to be cradled delicately, protected from scratches and snags. The layout of compartments wasn’t arbitrary—it was the result of countless revisions, hand-drawn sketches, and user trials until we arrived at the perfect design: one that could comfortably hold rings, earrings, chains, and bracelets without crowding or tangling.
And then there’s the zipper—oh, the zipper. We could have gone traditional, but where’s the joy in that? Instead, we sourced a playful, iridescent rainbow zipper that brings a bit of fun to an otherwise refined piece.Each zipper is individually stitched with reinforced threading, ensuring durability and smooth gliding every time.
