Personalized Items: All personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Personalized Items: Eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds?

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time to post
  3. Contact your bank for processing updates

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at leah@leahjessica.com and send the item to:

Shipping Returns

Please send your return to the address above. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
