When we envisioned the Lapis Lazuli & Diamond Butterfly Necklace, we wanted to create something ethereal—lightweight and elegant, yet bold in meaning. The butterfly, a symbol of personal growth and transformation, was the perfect canvas.
We began by selecting hand-cut Lapis Lazuli slabs, each carefully examined for the perfect balance of color saturation and natural flecking.
No two stones are alike—some richer in gold pyrite veining, others deeper in indigo tone—ensuring your butterfly has a beauty all its own.
Once the stone was shaped, we meticulously carved it into symmetrical wings using micro-precision tools under magnification.
A custom 14k gold frame was then built around the wings, and small diamonds were hand-set into the gold to create a gentle sparkle—like sunlight glancing off delicate wings in flight.
The result is a necklace that is both soft in aesthetic and powerful in meaning.
