This necklace began as a conversation in our studio about resilience. We wanted to craft a piece that spoke to the quiet power of showing up—even when it's hard. The design had to be minimal, but filled with meaning.
To start, we sourced a pure sheet of sterling silver, carefully measuring and cutting it into slender vertical strips.
The edges were hand-filed to soften the silhouette, then the “x” was marked and carved by hand—no machines, just a steady hand and a commitment to keeping the lines sharp and purposeful.
Every piece was sanded, smoothed, and brushed with a fine satin finish to give it a modern glow—soft, not flashy, just like the strength it represents. Once complete, the charm was matched with a simple 16” sterling silver chain, allowing it to hang close to the heart.
